Francesco Emanuele Salamone, born in Catania on 06 May 1983, graduated in Law in 2006 with 110/110 cum laude at the University LUISS “Guido Carli” in Rome. He has joined, since 2007, Lemme Avvocati associati, where he practices Criminal Law, Criminal Law of Economy, Criminal Law of Cultural Heritage and Criminal Law of the Environment. He obtained, in the session 2008, Lawyer’s title. In 2008 he obtained a diploma of specialization at the School for Legal Professions of the University “Roma Tre”. He is non tenured Professor of Criminal Law of Cultural Heritage at the University of Tuscia, where he also collaborates with the Chair of Cultural Heritage Legislation.
He also performs scientific work, cooperating as an expert on the matter with the Chair of Law and Economics of Prof. Giuliano Lemme at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Since 2009, he is Dottorando of search in Right of the bank and the financial market in the University of the Studies of Siena. He authored some case notes published in the Journal “Cassazione Penale”, ed. Giuffrè. He collaborates with the legal Magazines “Gazzetta Ambiente”, “In Giustizia”, “Filodiritto,” “Diritto&Diritti”, “Rassegna Avvocatura dello Stato”, where he has published more than twentyfive case notes and articles.
